I always said that cheesy music always finds a way into my soul. I can’t explain it, but it does somehow. Yet there are times where I tend to listen to some quality music. For awhile now, I have some major love for Alabama Shakes. What is crazy is at times I feel like I’m the only one.
The first thing you need to know is the group consist of Brittany Howard, Zac Cockrell Heath Fogg and Steve Johnson. What this group brings to the table are blues rock and some soul. With the help of Brittany amazing voice, this group has hooked me since the time that listen to their first album Boys and Girls. I’m not a blues rock kind of guy, but to me they are the expectation.
I did say that I feel like I’m the only one that listen to them, but I was being dramatic. I just find it’s a small amount of people that enjoy them and it should be bigger in my personally opinion. Just take a listen to Alabama Shakes and I’m sure you will be a fan.
